As a recruiter, you receive a base salary plus commission compensation structure. In addition, you receive our comprehensive benefits package that start on day of your employment, including: medical, dental, and vision benefits, short and long term disability insurance and life insurance. Other benefits include paid vacation, sick pay, and access to our 401k plan.
Once you earn the promotion from Recruiter to Account Manager, your commission levels increase greatly. You will also receive a cell phone allowance, car allowance, and an expense account for company spending. All Account Managers are also eligible to earn a year-end bonus and units in the company's incentive plan. Finally, you will also have the opportunity to earn the company's all-expenses paid incentive trips to Miami, FL and The Atlantis resort in the Bahamas.
